La definici\u00f3n de la unidad de fabricaci\u00f3n industrial comenz\u00f3 a partir de la determinaci\u00f3n de la ubicaci\u00f3n, el dise\u00f1o del flujo y del proceso y el dise\u00f1o del edificio. La operaci\u00f3n uno fue una planta de estampado de metal para interiores y exteriores, procesos de ensamblaje de soldadura, l\u00ednea de pintura electrofor\u00e9tica y taller de herramientas interno para la reparaci\u00f3n de herramientas de estampado, el tama\u00f1o total del edificio industrial fue de 20,000 m2.
