From Concept to start of Production for two major Nearshoring projects in Mexico

FGC has been involved to develop a concept and to fully define, plan and accompany construction for two automotive Tier One Operations in Mexico. The definition started for Industrial manufacturing unit started from determining the location, Process and flow layout and Building design. Operation one was an Interior and exterior Metal stamping plant, welding Assembly processes, Electrophoretic paint line and in house Tool shop for Stamping tool repair, total size of the Industrial building was 20,000sqmtr. Operation two was an interior-exterior Plastic injection facility, with robotized paint line, sub group assembly and Just in sequence delivery, the construction was 33,000sqmtr large.
